Aviator at Brooks City Base is now open with a limited number of apartments for the first phase of release. This brand new apartment community is already rich in history as it incorporates adaptive re-use of former U.S. Air Force barracks and dining hall with newly developed buildings. Three former barracks have been transformed into studio, one, and two bedroom apartments each with its own unique historical details. The former dining hall has been converted into a spacious clubhouse complete with a game room with ping pong and pool tables, a large state-of-the-art kitchen, premier fitness center and exercise room, conference room, and business center.
