“Peanut Factory Lofts, an apartment complex that marked a turning point for the near West Side when it was built in 2014, is set to be purchased by an Oregon company this month.

Windmill Investments, which is based in Salem, Oregon but has staff in San Antonio, is under contract to buy the complex from 210 Development Group and expects to close within a week or two, its founder and CEO Daniel Carter said. The company plans to add more luxury to the apartments’ interiors and to create amenities such as a fire pit, he said.”
