19 Jul John Latham Joins the Mission Team
It’s official! Mission welcomed it’s latest Partner, John Latham. John will be contributing to the team with his extensive financial skills and experience.
Before coming to Mission, John served as the Chief Investment Officer for an Austin Texas private investment firm with over 350 million dollars in assets. While there, he led the acquisitions, development, and asset management teams and was directly involved in all the firm’s investments. John has acquired or developed over 4,000 multifamily units, and as a principal has acquired or developed over $400 million worth of real estate.

In his past roles, Mr. Latham spent several years working with various private real estate investment firms as well as Banc of America Securities, LLC in their investment banking division, where his teams raised over $4 billion through IPOs, senior and subordinated debt, convertible equity, and private placements of derivative instruments.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
