David Richardson is a real estate development professional who joined Mission DG in 2016. He is an experienced project manager who has led teams in the fields of entertainment, technology, fine fragrance, beauty, construction, and development. David has led Mission DG’s project management team since joining the team and took on the additional role of Director of Acquisitions in 2018. With over $25 million in acquisitions and many more in the pipeline David is proud to be an integral team member helping to propel Mission DG forward on its mission to bring senior and workforce affordable, mixed income housing to Texas. David was adopted by a stray cat from the Southside on Father’s Day 2017 and lives with him and his daughter in San Antonio. He also love to shoot birdies, both on the golf course and in the field.

Lawana Bower is the expert in all things financial. She joined Mission DG in the pandemic of 2020 to help the team streamline their financial processes. She has over over 28 years of experience in the financial field and has served in various capacities such as Accountant, Controller, and Account Manager. Lawana has been responsible for all aspects of financials, coordinator for project budgets, including payroll, billing, analysis, bookkeeping, reporting, A/P, A/R and cash flow including projections. She has helped many companies over the years to streamline their processes and to troubleshoot financial issues. With her expertise and experience, Mission DG is in good hands to expand and thrive.
