SUMMARY:
Aviator at Brooks City Base is a Class-A apartment community on San Antonio’s South Side that pays homage to San Antonio’s military roots and the rich aviation history of the former Brooks Air Force Base. Comprised of 280 apartment homes, one-third of the units were converted from existing military barracks, and an old military dining facility was transformed into the leasing office and resident clubhouse.
