BIG RED DOG Adapts Air Force Base into Aviator Apartments

The site of a former San Antonio Air Force Base has been transformed into a mixed-used community comprised of more than 1,200 acres including: residential, retail, office and light industrial spaces. BIG RED DOG is working on a key piece of the Brooks Development Authority’s vision with the adaptation of the Aviator Apartments. BIG RED DOG is providing civil engineering services for the project including: due diligence, platting and entitlements, civil engineering design, construction documents, regulatory permitting, grading, Low Impact Design (LID) drainage features, San Antonio Water System (SAWS) impact fee negotiation, incentive negotiation and construction administration.
