The St John is the winner of the Best Affordable Multifamily Residential Development Award from the San Antonio Business Journal.
The development team at MissionDG has another winner on their hands with The St. John. Located immediately south of Downtown San Antonio, the redevelopment of the former St. John’s Seminary will transformed the rapidly deteriorating 13.6-acre campus adjacent to Mission Concepción into a Class-A apartment community consisting of approximately 230 units. The project preserves and reutilizes several historic structures with architectural and cultural significance to the Archdiocese of San Antonio and the city, in general.
